Return and Refund Policy

Signed By K currently ships all orders using either FedEx or USPS, Monday thru Friday from 9AM–4PM EST. Standard orders (non-personalized) items are typically processed between 1–3 business days and then shipped the method of your choice. Custom Orders typically process between 1-4 weeks. Ground shipments are sent using either FedEx or USPS based on order type and our discretion. 

We are required to collect sales tax on all product orders.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Thank you for understanding!

If an item reaches you in a damaged condition, we will resend a replacement product once the damaged item has been returned. We cannot refund shipping costs. Please contact us via the contact form within 10 days of receipt of items to undertake any returns due to mail carrier mishap.

All sales are final. Our items (including personalized or wedding items, digital products, wholesale orders, sale items and regular items) cannot be exchanged or returned, but if there’s a problem with your order please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
